Despite this and the government's own failure and deriliction of duty in protecting animals, instituting or even enforcing laws to curb cruelty, they are placing unreasonable demands on the Vucjak Shelter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eThe final written report and demands have yet to be delivered.
