HOW TO MANAGE YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

THANK YOU FOR SETTING UP A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO SUPPORT YOUR FAVORITE SHELTER.

THIS GUIDE IS MEANT TO HELP YOU MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. YOU CAN PAUSE, SKIP, CANCEL, INCREASE OR DECREASE YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION / PLEDGE.

IN ORDER TO MANAGE YOUR SUBCRIPTION, YOU'LL NEED TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE BONES AND ME WEBSITE.

1) Navigate to www.bonesandme.com and click on the login icon in the upper right hand corner (if you're on a mobile device, the login can be found by clicking the 3 bars in the top right corner):

2) If you know your account credentials, please log in. If you've already placed an order but HAVE NOT CREATED AN ACCOUNT (ie you checked out as a GUEST), please click on "Create account."

3) On the next screen, enter the information requested including the email address you provided when you placed your subscription order. YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS AND MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Click "CREATE" and follow the verification prompts on the screen.

4) ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT: Check your email for a new account activation email and activate your account.

5) Once you've activated your account, you can now log in and manage your subscription. Click on "Manage subscription" to do so.

6) Next you'll see all your active and inactive subscriptions. Find the subscription you wish to manage, and click on "See more details."

7) PAUSE / RESUME your subscription: Click on "Pause subscription" to temporarily pause your subscription.

You'll be able to resume that same subscription at a later date.

8) Cancel subscription: If you wish to cancel your subscription altogether, click on "Cancel Subscription" in the Cancel Subscription section.

9) Skip a payment: If you wish to skip a payment, go to the "Upcoming Order" section and click "Skip order" for the payment you wish to skip.

10) To update your payment method, go to the "Payment Details" section and click on "Update Payment." You will receive an email from our store to update your card details or completely change your payment method.

11) CHANGE YOUR MONTHLY PLEDGE: To increase or decrease your monthly payment, click on "Product in this subscription" and the edit icon.

From there, you can change the quantity and/or amount of your monthly pledge payment.

MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON UPDATE AFTER YOU CHANGE YOUR SELECTION.
