The proceeds from these cards will be donated to the Vucjak shelter. The cards will be deactivated shortly after purchase so they are not used accidentally. Once the card is fulfilled and the proceeds are sent to the shelter (typically within 48-72 hours), cancelations and refunds will not be possible.

Hello John. We are very sorry for the confusion. However as described on our website, these cards are electronically fulfilled / disabled and the funds sent to Vucjak. There's nothing to send to you or the recipient. The gift note card is sent with physical merchandise. However if you'd like us to send an email acknowledgement, we are happy to do so.
